Shipping
All packages will be sent from our warehouse in Southern California.
US Domestic Shipping
For all items excluding framed wall art:
Small-package orders: $9.50
Large-package orders: $18
Shipping is capped at $18 per order, unless your order includes framed artwork.
Framed wall art incurs a separate shipping and handling fee ranging from $18 to $60, based on size and packaging needs. While some small pieces may ship with other items in a shared box, each artwork is individually protected with internal padding and structural support.
Shipping to Canada
For all items excluding framed wall art:
Small-package orders: $16
Large-package orders: $25
Shipping is capped at $25 per order, unless your order includes framed artwork.
Framed wall art is subject to a separate shipping and handling fee ranging from $24 to $70, depending on size and packaging. When possible, small artworks may be shipped together with other items in a large outer box, with each piece internally protected for safe international transit.
Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling fees, and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information on applicable import charges.
Sales Tax
We are required by the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Virginia, and Washington to collect Sales Tax. The customer will be charged the applicable rate at checkout.
Payment method
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
Cancellation
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed, as they are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or has a quality issue.
Each piece is carefully made and inspected before shipping, and we ask that you review all product details and measurements before placing your order.
If your item arrives with a problem, please contact us at support@pampan.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. A flat return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund, as follows:
For Non–Wall Art Items:
U.S. returns: $14 flat
Canada returns: $20 flat
This fee applies regardless of the original shipping cost and covers both carrier charges and the cost of inspection, restocking, and repackaging.
If you are returning only part of your order, please use a box appropriate to the return size.
Returns sent back in unnecessarily large packaging may incur an adjusted return fee, up to the original outbound shipping cost, to reflect actual carrier charges.
For Framed Wall Art:
Return shipping and handling fees for framed artwork are aligned with the original outbound shipping cost:
U.S. returns: $18–$60 per piece
Canada returns: $24–$70 per piece
Each artwork is carefully packed with reinforced internal protection, and returns must follow the same standard to be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pampan.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll be happy to assist you with a resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) in good condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount, as outlined in our return policy.
Please note that, depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Final Sale
All discounted items, as well as special items, including greeting cards and notebooks, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
